Welcome to Swakopmund Paintball Centre & Adventure park. It was established in 1999 from scratch.
Swakopmund comes from the Nama word “Tsoakhaub” which can be translated as “excrement opening” witch was offensive but accurate, in fact it is appropriately confusing imagery to describe the nature of the town.
For example, Swakopmund claims it has its own “BARON” Baron Peter van Ginkel is indeed, of noble birth, but rather than sipping tea in a smoking jacket, Peter has built the Swakopmund Paintball & Adventure park since 2000 to its current state at the base of the Swakop River .
